Using her platform for good, actress Lillee Jean Trueman has been encouraging her fans to donate to relief efforts on the devasting 2025 California wildfires.
From sharing posts from the ASPCA to the American Red Cross daily to fans, the causes are fundamental to Trueman. Many of her friends have been affected by the fires, and she believes every penny counts to help rebuild.

In 2020, Trueman contributed to NYC Health+ Hospitals, to aid in providing COVID-19 essentials such as masks and ventilators. During that year, she urged fans to continue staying safe and practicing social distancing. Trueman also donated to BWHI (Black Women’s Health Imperative), to support black women's health and futures.

Lillee Jean Trueman is actively involved in multiple projects that she passionately supports. In 2021, she raised the topic of anti-Semitism, and online bullying by authoring an Op-Ed article, based on the encounters she endured during her teenage years. In 2022, she introduced Bullyish as a dedicated platform to promote cyberbullying and cyberstalking awareness.
Trueman most recently has spearheaded Project Bullyish, the film (multi-award winning at indie film festivals), and assumed the roles of producer and writer for a film centered around the dangers of the internet.
In 2018, Choose Today, reached out to Trueman to spread their message through a powerful video and photo campaign. Additionally, she joined the UNFCCC in spreading awareness about climate change through an Instagram video.
In 2021 Trueman teamed up with Inspiring Girls, for their #Thislittlegirlisme campaign, to inspire the next generation of young entrepreneurs. Later, she had on Miriam González Durántez for Lillee Jean TALKS! Live, to discuss female empowerment. In 2022, Trueman met with Inspiring Girls Panama to discuss female empowerment, and, a girl's power to ability and succeed. The discussion was a part of Voyager, her webseries.
